About the ECS8e Companion Simulation:

The ECS Companion Simulation is designed to be a capstone simulation that follows the three phase approach of the Exploring Corporate Strategy text: Strategic Position, Strategic Choices, Strategy into Action.

This a realistic simulation based on a mid-sized global communications agency in the service sector, quoted on the Paris and London stock exchanges.

The simulation is run on-line and is accessible with results being automatically calculated. So there is no software to install on university servers or labour-intensive results data to be input before results can be produced.

Welcome to Instructors and Teaching Teams

Ease of adoption for the teaching team:
This companion simulation is designed to complement the text and make adoption of the simulation by the instructor team as simple and easy as possible.

Comprehensive instructor resources are downloadable from this companion website, which make understanding of the simulation and how it can be customised easy to implement and run within course work.

The simulation can be set up for different levels of complexity, making it usable through undergraduate years, to post-graduate and executive education. So once adopted, it can be used at different levels.
