This is where you login to the on-line Decision Form for each Trading Period so that you can input and submit your decisions. Please login using your Decision Form User Name and Decision Form Password which have been emailed to all Team Leaders. If you have not received this email, please click

Please note that the Decision Form User Name and Decision Form Password are different from the Participants's Pages User Name and Participant's Page Password. Also please note that the decisions for each Trading Period need to be submitted before the final deadline as per the timetable provided in the Starter Pack.
TEAMS PLEASE NOTE:
The on-line Decision Form is designed to be viewed in Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or above. Once you have logged in, if you cannot view the complete decision form on your computer screen, it may be that the computer you are using does not have the correct version of the browser software. In this case try using another computer. If you still have difficulty, please contact the Helpdesk who will assist you with an alternative method of submitting your decisions.
